Own products, own payment.
There are two purchase processes for Stars in TG and BNB/MSH on independent web pages.
Business settings
First activate the official robot service and open a digital store on TG. Fill in the after-sales contact information and purchase terms on the website, and enable Stars or web payment respectively. Create products and set prices, import card numbers in batches and publish them. Setting up payment collection does not automatically turn on the bot feature.
Telegram in-app purchases
Buyers browse through the robot product button and pay using Stars after confirming the terms. After confirming the payment notification, you will automatically send a private message for delivery; you can retrieve your card number by pressing the order button. Stars income goes into the merchant's own robot balance. The balance and flow can be checked on the website. Cash withdrawal qualifications and exchanges are in accordance with the official regulations of Telegram / Fragment.
Purchase from independent website
The buyer registers and logs in on the website, binds the payment wallet, confirms the terms, and uses BNB or MSH to pay directly to the merchant's verified wallet. After confirmation on the chain, the card number will be displayed in the buyer's website account. Website products do not use the platform’s destruction address. Keep the transaction hash after payment and don’t repeat transfers while waiting.
Inventory and after-sales
Buyers select their own order in the original bot or the website order page. Refunds require merchant approval. Stars return to the payer; web BNB/MSH refunds come from the merchant wallet to the original payer. Reconcile unknown results before retrying; delivered codes are never resold.
Paid membership groups
Memberships use private supergroups and 30-day Telegram Stars subscriptions. Their calendar expiry is separate from platform runtime and does not freeze when a bot pauses. Pausing or disabling requests cancellation of future renewals while keeping paid rights until expiry. Cancellation is not a refund.
