MSH / DOCUMENTATION

Each function can be enabled on demand.

Configuration, startup and shutdown are completed within your own robot private chat.

library

Off by default. Enable Group Resource Library, then open Group Tools Management, select an authorized group and choose Library. Admins enter a title, category, comma-separated tags and content, preview and save, then publish the group entry. Supports 1–2000 text characters, links and one Telegram document/photo/video/audio up to 50MB; captions allow 900 characters. Only file IDs are stored; no downloads, albums, forwarded or paid media. Up to 200 active resources per group and 1000 per bot. Members first open the bot privately and tap Start, then browse categories or search titles, categories and tags. File contents are not indexed. Private results, 8 per page. Archiving disables old buttons but cannot recall delivered content. Data is scoped by bot/group and admin actions require current admin rights.

tasks

Off by default. Enable Group Task Board, choose a group in Group Tools Management and create a task. Enter title, requirements, capacity 1–100, minutes until deadline 1–43200 and approval reward 0–10000 group points. Review, confirm and publish the group entry. Members first open the bot privately and tap Start, then view/claim tasks, cancel unsubmitted claims or privately write and confirm a completion report. Reports are visible only to their author and current admins. Admins approve once to award points or return reports with a reason; revisions are allowed before the deadline, up to 20 submissions per person/task. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or tokens. Up to 10 unfinished tasks per person/bot, 20 open tasks per group and 100 per bot. Deadlines use wall-clock time and do not extend during pauses. Pauses block new claims, submissions and announcements, while own history, cancellations and existing reviews remain available. Closing or expiry releases unsubmitted claims, retaining pending reports and previously awarded points. Resolve unfinished claims and reviews before deleting the bot or removing group authorization.

forms

Off by default. Enable Custom Data Collection Forms, then choose a group in the bot’s Group Tools Management. Admins create a title, purpose and up to 10 required questions: text, single or multiple choice. Choice questions have 2–8 distinct options, up to 60 characters each; text answers allow 1–500 characters. Per-person limit: 1, 3 or 5 (default 1). Up to 5 submissions per person/group per 24 hours and 1000 per form. Members open the bot and tap Start, fill privately, go back or select multiple options, then review and confirm. Drafts expire 10 minutes after each step, with a 1-hour absolute limit; reopening the same entry resumes a valid draft. Closing forms ends drafts and retains history. Questions are fixed after creation; create a new version to change them. Only submitters and current authorized admins can view answers. Website owners also undergo a live group admin check. Supports Pending, Contacted and Completed states and 10-record CSV pages. No attachments or secret credentials. One active draft per person per bot; starting a different form replaces it. Draft expiry uses wall-clock time.

events

Off by default. Enable Event Registration & Waiting Lists, then choose an authorized group in Group Tools Management. Create an event using five lines: name, time, deadline, limit and note. Times are Beijing time (UTC+8), capacity 1–500, up to 5 upcoming events per group. Members open the bot privately and tap Start, then register, cancel or view the roster from its group card. Full events use an ordered waiting list (up to 500); vacancies are filled before the deadline after rechecking group membership. After the deadline, no new registration or promotion, but users can still leave. The private roster shows the first 40; admins can export the complete CSV. Pausing does not extend event time. Cancelling an event posts a group notice.

warnings

Off by default; automatic sanctions are separately off by default. In Group Tools Management, select a member by numeric Telegram ID or reply to their group message with 警告记录. Enter a reason, review the member and confirm. Bots, owners and admins cannot be warned. Default warning validity: 30 days, configurable 1–365. If explicitly enabled, a new warning exactly at the configured threshold triggers a sanction: default warning 2 mutes for 10 minutes, warning 3 removes with a 2-minute ban. Supergroups and bot restriction rights are required; no retroactive sanctions. Existing restrictions are not overridden. Only this feature’s still-identical mute may escalate to removal. Unknown network outcomes are not retried. Revocation removes the warning from the count and preserves the audit trail, but does not lift an existing mute/ban; admins must review in Telegram.

feedback

Off by default. Enable Anonymous Feedback Inbox, then publish its entry from Group Tools Management. Members open the bot privately and tap Start, enter 1–1500 characters, preview and confirm. Up to 3 open threads and 5 new threads per person/group per 24 hours; 100 messages per thread, paged 8 at a time. Admins see anonymous references, text and states, not submitter Telegram IDs, names or forwarded originals. Do not identify yourself in the text. The platform retains encrypted reply routing; absolute anonymity is not promised. Both parties may reply or close. Existing threads remain usable while service is paused; closed threads cannot receive replies. Resolve open threads before deleting the bot or unlinking the group.

checkin

Off by default. Enable Daily Check-in Points, choose an authorized group in Group Tools Management and publish its check-in panel. Members must open the bot privately and tap Start first, then check in from the group; results arrive privately. Default daily reward: 10 points, configurable by admins from 1 to 10000 with confirmation. Resets at 00:00 Beijing time (UTC+8), once per bot/group/user/day. Shares the game points account. New points users also get the group’s one-time starting grant (default 100); this is not a second check-in reward. Streaks are recorded without bonus rewards. Points cannot be redeemed for tokens or cash.

polls

Off by default. Enable Anonymous Group Polls. A current group admin chooses the target group in Group Tools Management. Send a question (up to 300 characters) and 2–10 distinct options (up to 100 characters each), one per line. Preview single/multiple choice and a duration of 10 minutes, 1 hour or 24 hours; confirm to publish. Polls are anonymous and group-members-only; individual votes are not stored by this site. Up to 5 outstanding polls and 20 new polls per group per Beijing calendar day. Close early through poll history. Published polls close on Telegram wall-clock time; pausing the bot does not freeze a poll. Unknown network outcomes are not automatically retried; check the group first.

reminders

Off by default. Enable One-shot Group Reminders. A current group admin selects a group, sends a delay in minutes (1–10080) on the first line and the reminder text (1–1000 characters) below, then confirms privately. Reminders use wall-clock time, with up to 10 outstanding per group and 50 per bot. View the last 10 and cancel pending reminders. Pausing service, disabling reminders or removing authorization cancels pending reminders; none are replayed on resume. The creator’s admin status is checked again before sending. Reminders over 5 minutes late expire. Sending or uncertain messages are not automatically retried; already sent messages are not retracted. Check reminder history for status.

number_game

Off by default. Enable the game in the bot’s main menu, then use Game & Points Management to choose an authorized group and publish a panel. Current group admins may also manage from the panel; the bot must be a group admin. Members open the bot privately and tap Start, then choose a side from the group, select points and confirm privately. Each round lasts 30 seconds: lower 1–50, higher 51–100. A win returns twice the stake; a loss returns nothing. Defaults: 100 starting points, 1–100 per person per round; admins can configure them. Change sides or add points before closing. Admins select a numeric Telegram ID (or reply to the member with 积分管理), enter a note, then confirm adjustments; ledger and reversals are available. Points are separate by bot/group/user, cannot be exchanged for cash or tokens, and are returned on cancellation. Busy requests that miss the final permission check before closing do not spend points.

Join verification

Off by default. In the bot, choose Customize → Join verification settings. Set timeout (60–600 seconds), links (0–60 minutes after verification), and mode (button or math), then enable separately. Only new members of authorized supergroups are checked. The bot needs restriction and message deletion permissions. Timeout removal requires a successfully delivered challenge. Existing administrator restrictions are preserved. Up to 50 pending checks per bot.

Support tickets

Off by default. Enable support tickets in the bot. Buyers privately select their own order, issue type and text. The merchant replies, marks processing or closes tickets from the main menu. Only the buyer and bot owner can read a ticket. Limits: 3 open tickets and 5 new tickets per buyer per day; 100 messages per ticket, 1500 characters each. Refunds and re-delivery of the same code require merchant confirmation. Paid buyers retain support after service expiry. Closed ticket bodies are removed after 90 days.

Paid member groups

Off by default. Authorize a private supergroup without a public username. Both owner and bot must be administrators; the bot needs invite and removal permissions. In Customize → Member group plan, enter the group ID, Stars price, name, support and terms. Enable the feature with active paid service. Buyers accept terms and subscribe through Telegram Stars every 30 days, then receive an account-bound join request link. Forwarded links do not admit other users. Reminders: 24 hours before expiry; removal: 5 minutes after expiry. Administrator members require manual handling. Cancellation keeps paid access until expiry. Disabling the feature or pausing service requests renewal cancellation; check final status. Stars go to the merchant bot, separate from platform MSH fees. Reconcile unclear refunds under member management before retrying.

Welcome to the group

Off by default. Click "Start" in the robot's private chat → Set the function content → Fill in the content in the welcome message ({name}, {group} can be used), authorize the target group, and then the owner can open it in the robot button. Send a welcome message when members join.

Keyword reply

Off by default. In the robot's "Setting Function Content → Keyword Reply", click "Keyword=Reply" to fill it out line by line and open it. The owner clicks "Send function menu to authorized group", and members click on the corresponding question to get a reply. Keywords are also supported.

Custom shortcut button

Off by default. Fill in the group rules and "button name = reply" in the robot settings. The button name supports Chinese. After turning it on, click "Send function menu to authorized group", and members can directly click group rules, help or customized shortcut buttons.

digital store

Off by default. Create a product, fill in the price, purchase terms and after-sales service, import the card number and publish it. After purchasing the official service, the owner opens the digital store on the robot and enables the required payment methods on the website. Use Stars in Telegram and send private messages for delivery; the independent website supports direct payment from BNB/MSH wallets, and you will receive the card code in the buyer's account after confirmation. Merchants can check income and refunds, and Stars balance and redemption are managed through Telegram official channels.

Regular announcement

Off by default. Click Configuration in the robot's "Function Settings → Scheduled Announcement Settings": fill in the interval minutes (10-10080) in the first line, fill in the announcement (up to 2000 words) in the remaining lines, and then return to the main menu to turn on the scheduled announcement and start the service. Send to all authorized groups (maximum two for the first edition). Wait for one cycle after saving; pause/stop will not reissue the backlog announcement. Announcements count towards the normal reply quota and may be delayed or skipped when the queue is busy.

Remove ads and ban

Off by default. "Function Settings → Ad Delete/Block Settings": Fill in the first line with the number of blocking minutes (0 means delete only, 1-1440 means delete and ban), fill in the second line with "on" or "off" to control link filtering, and each of the remaining lines contains one advertising keyword (up to 20). After opening, process new messages, text descriptions and edited messages from the authorized group. Match by rules, not AI ad recognition; owner, admin, and anonymous identities are exempt. The robot needs to be granted permission to delete messages; banning requires super group and restricted member permissions. Insufficient permissions will notify the owner, please check the results in "View". Each robot can queue up to 10 automation tasks; self-test can perform up to 50 group management tasks per day, and formal service can perform up to 1,000 times per day. Excessive tasks will be skipped under high load and cannot replace manual group management.

Monitoring notifications

Off by default. "Function Settings → Monitoring Notification Settings" can separately set group keywords (up to 20) and a public HTTPS URL. If the group message contains keywords, the owner will be privately chatted. Each group will be reminded at most every 60 seconds; history or unauthorized groups will not be read. The URL is compared to the original text response every 10 minutes, a baseline is established for the first time, and changes are notified; dynamic timestamps may also be triggered without executing JavaScript. Only supports port 443 and public pages without query parameters. The response limit is 256KB and does not follow jumps. Recent execution status can be checked in View.

Own API helper

Off by default. "Function Settings → AI Interface Settings" select OpenAI, OpenAI compatible, Anthropic or Gemini, and then send three lines in sequence: complete interface address, model, and your own API Key. The four options share one configuration, and refilling it will replace the old configuration. The Key is stored encrypted and will not be echoed. After saving, try to delete the input message; the input will still go through Telegram, so please use an independent, limited Key. The custom address will receive the Key and needs to be confirmed to be trustworthy. After turning on the service and AI, click "AI Question". Only the bound owner can use it in private chat and will not be shared with group members. The first version is a single text question and answer, without retaining context; once every 20 seconds, up to 20 times per day, input 4000 words, output upper limit 1024 tokens, 25 seconds timeout. API fees are borne by the user, and failure will not be automatically retried; non-above protocols, images, audio, and manufacturer-specific parameters are not currently supported.

Higher / Lower Points Game

Enable the game in the bot’s main menu, then use Game & Points Management to select an authorized group and publish its panel. Members open the bot privately and tap Start before joining from the group. Stakes are confirmed privately. See the game documentation for full rules and result verification.

Daily Check-in Points

Anonymous Group Polls

One-shot Group Reminders

Event Registration & Waiting Lists

Member Warning Records

Anonymous Feedback Inbox

Custom Data Collection Forms

Library: Create, Categorize and Search

Tasks: Publish, Submit and Review
