Custom Data Collection Forms
Collect custom information in private bot chats. Drafts and answers are encrypted; submitter identity and admin permissions are checked separately.
Admins: Create a Form
Connect and bind the bot, authorize the group, resume service and enable forms. In private chat: Group Tools Management → group → Custom Forms → Create Form. Send a title and description, then add text, single- or multiple-choice questions with buttons. For choice questions, send the question followed by one option per line. Delete the last question or change per-person limits before creating. Up to 5 open forms per group and 20 per bot. Publish the entry to the target group afterwards.
Members: Fill and Confirm
Open the bot privately and tap Start, then use Fill in Form in the group. Answer privately; tap single choices, or select multiple options and tap Next. You can go back. The final preview shows every answer; only Confirm Submission saves a formal record. Cancelled or expired drafts do not submit. Forms are not an anonymity tool and may contain information you provide about yourself. Do not submit passwords, verification codes, seed phrases or API keys.
Answers & Processing Status
Submitters use My Submissions or their receipt to view their own answers and status. Group admins manage records in the bot and mark Pending, Contacted or Completed. On the website, expand Forms & Submissions under My Bots and select a form; current group admin rights are verified before viewing, changing status or exporting. Answers are not fetched automatically and are cleared when switching account/bot or closing the panel.
Limits, Closing & Export
Off by default. Enable Custom Data Collection Forms, then choose a group in the bot’s Group Tools Management. Admins create a title, purpose and up to 10 required questions: text, single or multiple choice. Choice questions have 2–8 distinct options, up to 60 characters each; text answers allow 1–500 characters. Per-person limit: 1, 3 or 5 (default 1). Up to 5 submissions per person/group per 24 hours and 1000 per form. Members open the bot and tap Start, fill privately, go back or select multiple options, then review and confirm. Drafts expire 10 minutes after each step, with a 1-hour absolute limit; reopening the same entry resumes a valid draft. Closing forms ends drafts and retains history. Questions are fixed after creation; create a new version to change them. Only submitters and current authorized admins can view answers. Website owners also undergo a live group admin check. Supports Pending, Contacted and Completed states and 10-record CSV pages. No attachments or secret credentials. One active draft per person per bot; starting a different form replaces it. Draft expiry uses wall-clock time.
Privacy & Errors
Drafts and answers are encrypted and isolated by bot, group, form and submitter. Users cannot view others’ answers or change processing status. Admins who lose group permissions cannot continue viewing or exporting. Data passes through this site and Telegram; no user AI APIs are called. Status changes are audited. Closing forms, pausing service or disabling the feature prevents old drafts from submitting; start again after reopening. Historical submissions are retained. CSV exports contain up to 10 records per page; continue with older records using the buttons. Formula-leading question/answer text is escaped. Process and export records before deleting a bot.
