Use and access
Personal APIs are only used for tasks configured by that user; other users cannot borrow them. The web card code is only delivered to the corresponding buyer; merchants and public order lists do not return the original inventory. Authorized operation administrators can view account and running transaction records, and perform recorded management operations through the authenticator.
Sessions and backups
Use HttpOnly session cookies; email password changes invalidate all sessions and protect withdrawals for 48 hours. The database and decryption keys are archived encrypted with separate backup keys; 14 copies are retained daily and the current computer can hold a protected backup copy. Order and audit records are used for fulfillment and verification and will not be deleted when the product is removed from the shelves.
Contact support
Authorized administrator accounts handle onsite support. Users see only their own conversations; message bodies are encrypted. The inbox does not charge or refund funds. Detailed operations records and financial actions still require an authenticator.
